Job Title: HSQE Coordinator

Job Purpose:
The HSQE Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring operations comply with internal quality standards, HSE requirements, and external regulatory norms. This position is designed for proactive individuals who will receive structured guidance and exposure to all aspects of QHSE management, internal audits, and regulatory compliance processes, will contribute to strengthening the company’s safety culture, operational compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure company processes comply with internal quality standards, HSE requirements, and external regulations
- Conduct internal audits and inspections; prepare related reports
- Participate in investigation of incidents and non-conformities; develop corrective and preventive actions
- Develop, update, and monitor implementation of QHSE procedures and documentation
- Train employees on QHSE standards; participate in safety briefings and inductions
- Monitor QHSE performance indicators (KPIs); analyse data and propose improvement initiatives
- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and certification bodies
- Participate in projects aimed at improving QHSE management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Support operational departments in risk assessments, method statement reviews, and control measure implementation
- Assist in preparing QHSE-related presentations, reports, and documentation for management and clients
- Contribute to raising safety culture through best practices and hazard identification activities
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Higher education in Quality Management, Occupational Safety, Environmental Studies, or related fields
- Work experience in QHSE or related positions (minimum 1 year for junior, 3+ years for middle/senior level)
- Knowledge of international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001)
- Experience in preparing and conducting internal audits; knowledge of RCA, 5 WHY, FMEA is a plus
- Understanding of occupational health and safety, industrial safety, and environmental regulations
- Strong skills in drafting and managing QHSE-related documentation
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools for data analysis and presentations
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, teamwork skills, and result orientation
- English language proficiency is an advantage (especially for international audits and documentation)
