Job description / activities
- Responsible for the documentation of all financial books and records
- Conduct credit checks
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports
- Stay updated on industry and legislative changes
- Controlling approval of supplier`s invoices, contracts and etc
- Register of supplier invoices in accounting programme
- Bank reconciliations and balances
- Reporting to management and providing financial reports
- Collecting and reviewing financial information
- Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
- Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
- Preparation of accounts and conducting annual auditing
- Preparation and presentation of financial statements in compliance with tax requirements
Criteria
- Accounting and Tax knowledge
- Knowledge of freight forwarding by all MOT
- Project Management & Implementation
- Business Administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of English (verbal and written) is a must
- Professional & Positive approach
