The Role

This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach. You will support our HSQE function by ensuring documentation, records, and compliance information are accurate, well‑maintained, and aligned with our Business Management System. You will contribute to wider safety, quality, and environmental activities across the business, supporting our commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with updating, formatting, and controlling Business Management System documents, processes, and procedures.
  • Support internal Subject Matter Experts with the creation, formatting, and revision of documents held within the LV Logistics Global Management System.
  • Maintain electronic HSQE records and files to ensure compliance with Quality Management requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of HSQE documentation and databases through competent use of software packages including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of HSQE administrative processes and identify improvements to support efficiency.
  • Support with the completion of Pre‑qualification and Tendering documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to support compliance, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Carry out reasonable management requests and ensure safety of yourself and others at all times.

About You

  • Previous experience in HSQE support, administration, or similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly in writing and in person.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and electronic document management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
